Pros
If you come from a governmental or bureaucratic background, love red tape, getting 5 signatures before being able to do your job, or your favorite quote is "That's the way it's always been done" than this is the company for you.
Cons
Where to start? The company could sometimes barely make payroll. If they don't hire you, consider yourself having dodged a silver bullet.
