Cons

Name's sake induction into company culture, inadequate training and support, overworked underpaid executives, poor work-life balance, senior management's focus is solely on numbers, mechanism for addressing HR concerns is non-functional or entirely absent.

Worst Office Politics ever experienced People are Laid back and work only 2 days prior to Target Completion As a Fresher, try being in good books of your supervisor. Avoid the Newspaper Classified segment.( Politics will ruin your life)
