Love the Values

Community culture, transparency from the people at the top, and working as part of a wider network of likeminded people.

Cons

The values don’t always filter down to the stations, and too few staff during peak season.

They exploit you

- Flexibility - Easygoing environment

Cons

They hide behind theirs core values, which are used to brainwashing you, so they can alway push you, and push you to do more and take more and more responsibilities which shouldn't be yours. If your are a manager they will squeeze you and drain you until you can't anymore, and there is no work/life balance. There is no recognition from the company and you are definitely underpaid for all the work you are required to do. They don't care at the end about people, and it's all a fake "family and friendly environment", you are just a resource for them. There is no structure which is a total mess and everyone keep passing to each other responsibilities, without taking their own.
