      Employee wellbeing is a priority. Supportive colleagues. Always adapting and improving policies and processes to ensure high quality for customers and a positive work environment for staff.

      Large company and it can feel that some departments are forgotten about.

      They were always very flexible and understanding of my college hours.

      Cons

      Seeing as it was a lovely job to have part time whilst studying my college degree I don't have any downsides other than if you didn't have a car to drive there, it can be a little hard to get there.
