      Pros

      Tringapps is very good company to start your career. It's a cold place to work and also, people are very supportive in nature.

      Cons

      I have enjoyed working with them and I find no serious problems to be concerned of. I wish if they could relief some of the Franchisee fee amount then it would be good. Nevertheless, I am still happy because I was able to recover my fee within a month or two.

      Pros

      Great learning environment with supportive management. The team is collaborative, and leadership encourages open communication. There are plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, and hard work is recognized. Work-life balance is generally respected, and the company culture is positive and inclusive.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, processes can sometimes change quickly, which may take time to adjust.

      Pros

      Hr and Manager support is good,If you're working with a client in different location.I have worked for 9 months but never faced any issues from management.

      Cons

      Only con is I have been told that, it will be a long term job 1.5-2 yrs atleast but due some uncertain reasons they have laid off with only 40-45 days bench period and have been told only 15 days before that I have been laid off.
