The long, under appreciated hours Too much burnout, not enough time between projects. Poor onboarding and training. Managers require better people handling skills and empathy. The should learn to talk to employees with respect and not embarrass them in front of the office or infront of all colleagues on calls. Certain managers foster a toxic work ethic and environment making them unapproachable.
