      Disappointing workplace

      Pros

      Nice perks, good salaries. They have catered lunch, working hours are good and the office is located in a nice building (thought they might have moved as they have downsized).

      Cons

      Bad products, over reliance on single clients, uninspiring management. The company is very small outside the US and agencies and clients dont recognise it, and its products are clunky and insufficient, making it a difficult proposition. No progression opps as too small.

      Pros

      - Exposure to just about every discipline of online marketing and Adknowledge excels in all of making this an excellent organization for employees to develop their skills and careers - Strong teamwork ethic - Team and individual successes are recognized and very well rewarded - Good benefits (medical, flexible time-off, free lunches twice a week etc)

      Cons

      - very fast paced company that is constantly developing in order to remain a leader, this comapny would not be suited to everyone

      Pros

      My experience is limited as I am a new starter but comparing Adknowledge to previous companies I can see that there is good approach to validated growth, i.e. there's data to understand performance mixed with the freedom on how to deliver those numbers

      Cons

      Probably depends on the role but email volume and Cc explosion is a bit of a habit that could go away
