      Pros

      I started working at woom in the midst of COVID and they have been nothing but thoughtful and accommodating every step of the way. Everyone I have interacted with (including the CEO) has been so nice and welcoming. Any feedback I've had has been received really well. The CEO, Mathias, is a really passionate and kind person that I believe cares deeply about the company and his employees.

      Cons

      While the vacation policy is not the best, they are very flexible and transparent about the changes they will be making in the future.

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a focus in continuous improvement. Work environment is enjoyable and welcoming. I am always excited to learn from others and step out of my comfort zone. Company values are clearly defined and relatable allowing everyone to come together regardless of their job description.

      No cons to mention at this time my experience has been positive overall.

      The goal of providing high quality bicycles to families and kids is commendable. Projected growth. Job security.

      Cons

      Promotions and desired opportunities are often offered to friends of upper management, despite experience or performance. The price of the product increased, while the quality decreased. Low pay, with little opportunity.
