Good for freshers only, Good and supportive team members, Freshers can join, but don't stay more than 2 years. not much pros, experience people do not join Very dissatisfied
Cons
1. Bond of 18 months of Rs.50k for all new joiners between 1 to 4 yrs of exp. if you want to leave the organisation before 18 months you need to pay Rs 50000 2. Salary is very less 3. HR department is only for formality 4. Don't expect onsite opportunity 5. Too much politics, they can fire anyone at any time, whether he/she has worked with them for more than 3 yrs, they don't care 6. No SDLC followed for any of the project, they are not interested to deliver end to end product to customer. 7. No architect for any of the project that's the major reason to flop the project
