Pros
zu has one of the most relaxed welcoming atmosphere's I've ever had the joy of being employed in. Sometimes the pressure can be tough to meet deliverables, but the people I worked with at the time were a great work family to have. Office culture involved providing old school console games in the kitchen, ping pong table downstairs and the Christmas party themes were always imaginative. You would never go without new gear to wear bc/ they always gave out zu branded clothing. Matching RRSPs benefit is actually a great plus. Again. The Christmas parties were awesome.
Cons
Being a small / medium sized shop meant there wasn't much room for promotions and to be honest the pay could have been better.
