Our colleagues will learn how to: ✅Automate manual tasks by moving from spreadsheets to scripts using SQL and Python ✅Generate smarter insights with GenAI-powered analytics that solve real business problems ✅Tell compelling stories with data using Power BI to visualise and communicate impact We’re running this programme with our fantastic partners TechNative Digital and Datacove, and we're proud that it's co-funded through the Government’s Skills Bootcamp initiative. Hosted by our Social Team in collaboration with our LGBTQ+ Network, the events were more than just entertainment – they were a celebration of our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and celebrated for who they are. A huge thank you to everyone who joined, supported, and brought their energy. Events like these are a reminder that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging aren’t just values we talk about – they’re part of who we are.

🏆 We’ve only gone and done it… we’ve won a British Insurance Award! Big news from the British Insurance Awards hosted by Insurance Post at the iconic Royal Albert Hall last week - we took home the Technology Award! Out of four categories we were shortlisted for including Customer Experience, Personal Lines Insurer of the Year, and Best Large Insurance Employer - it was our tech and data that took centre stage.
