"You need to take a break before you break". I could not agree more. Taking time off during a lockdown when you can't go anywhere exciting, is still important (if seemingly a little counterintuitive). I've taken one day off so far during this lockdown and have two more planned - admittedly, I won't be doing anything particularly exciting (decorating!) but it's time away from work, which is important for my mental health. #mentalhealth #itsokaynottobeokay #selfcare #wellbeing
