Over 100 members of AmTrust's Women's Network recently joined together in the first of several #IamRemarkable workshops. The goal of this workshop is to empower women and other underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. It was an inspiring experience for the Women's Network to share their struggles, remarkable attributes and exciting achievements. Joined by RISE Professionals, we discussed the benefits of the network, collaboration, and tips and tricks on career development. We also learned how to have progression discussions with managers.
