Over the past few months, we’ve seen the benefits of remote working over merely ‘putting in the hours.’ It’s offered a new kind of flexibility for those with families, where we’re using technology to communicate with team members. In 2019, we invited 2,000 employees from across the bank’s footprint to participate in the Open Mentoring pilot program, which helps employees expand their network of contacts.
