Every month, we pledge money to organisations that matter to our people. Everyone has the opportunity to nominate charities and groups they would like to help and one of the highlights of every month is the company-wide email from the nominees explaining why they have made the choices they have, as well as seeing the effect of our donations have on the organisations that benefit.
