Always a pleasure to take part in Cabot Financial SKILLS4BILLS initiative! 📕 SKILLS4BILLS is all about educating kids on the importance of money management but through a fun, engaging hands-on game! From the initial splurges on luxury cars and holidays to the “lightbulb moment” of budgeting for bills and rent — it’s amazing to see their mindset switch, and their awareness grow in such a short space of time. To get kids thinking about money management, and the impact from such an early age is a winner for us! Proud to be part of something that makes a real impact.

We walked away feeling refreshed, energised and ready to tackle the second half of our shift!

We want to recognise the hard work that our colleagues put in everyday, so last week, our Team got the chance to participate in 'PawTherapy' whose sessions aim to improve Mental Health within the workplace. A fun way to play, laugh and relax with the furriest of friends! 🐶
We are really excited to tell you about several pieces of recognition for our colleagues across the UK. The nominations across a number of industry events; all of which show the dedication, skill and great outcomes our people give and create every day. Catalina Zaharia from Cabot Financial has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Leader in Operations award at Credit Strategy's Leadership Awards. This recognition at one of the industry's flagship events really shows the impact Catalina and the Team in Kings Hill are having. We are delighted that our Cabot Financial colleagues have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards. Our team are in the running to be recognised for having the best Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year and for being the Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year. These nominations are further evidence of the team's dedication to our consumers and each other. It's a real team effort and we are delighted to see the team being recognised as the committed and caring people they are. Well done and thank you to everyone across the team Wescot’s Katie Blyth was recently inducted into Hull and Humber’s Top 30 under 30, and fresh off the back of that has been shortlisted for the 2024 National Contact Centre awards. Katie is a finalist in the Contact Centre Support Manager of the year category for her hard work, people leadership and performance. We’re really pleased for Katie
We were absolutely delighted to see our Cabot Financial Team recognised at the Institute of Customer Service Awards on 12 March 2024. In recognition of the Team’s hard work and proud support of our customers, we had entered the Customer Commitment Award – Business-to-Consumer category and the team bought home the UK wide award on the night. The Customer Commitment Award – Business-to-Consumer category is for any organisation in the UK that has “differentiated itself through a well communicated customer commitment operating in the business-to-consumer environment. Judges look for evidence of the execution of a customer-oriented culture showing consistent commitment to customer service excellence”. It is a huge testament to the hard work, quality and culture of the people in our Operations and Support Teams that they have won this award. To be able to win a UK wide award, that goes well beyond our sector, is a massive indicator of the strength of what we do every day and how our people are genuinely living our values. A huge thank you to everyone in Cabot Financial for what you do every day. We know that the subjects and topics our Customer Consultants support customers with everyday can be challenging. It’s heartening to know that their efforts and the efforts of everyone around them who support our customer’s as they look to return to financial health, are seen in such a positive light by the UK’s independent professional customer service body.
