Charter Next Generation's commitment to sustainability was front and center during our 2025 CNG Earth Week Challenge. The results are in, and more than 300 Employee Owners across 13 locations participated, collecting nearly 90,000 pieces of litter through the Litterati app. This year's challenge set new company records! • 264 employees collected at least one piece • 251 participants reached 50 or more pieces • 18 exceeded 1,000 pieces • 1 participant exceeded 10,000 pieces Congratulations to our Chicago HQ team member, Danny Schmitt, who led all participants with 10,029 pieces. Our Superior, WI location also continued their streak of excellence by earning top plant participation status for the third year in a row. During Mental Health Awareness Month, Charter Next Generation's Chicago HQ hosted a meaningful Lunch & Learn with MaryGrace Sharp, MPH from the Alzheimer's Association®. We explored the importance of #brainhealth, how to recognize early signs of Alzheimer’s, and ways to support loved ones facing cognitive decline. Supporting brain health is one of the many ways we’re committed to #EnhancingLives — for our teams, our families, and our #communities. Charter Next Generation's latest Community Spotlight features The Brick House Community Resource Center in Turners Falls, MA, a vital nonprofit led by Executive Director Thomas Taaffe, PhD. The Brick House supports youth, families, and individuals across Franklin County through after-school programs, counseling, food access initiatives, arts programming, and more — all rooted in equity and #community voice. Through our Community Giving Fund, an initiative that empowers our #EmployeeOwners to support local causes that matter most to them, and the passion of our Turners Falls, MA team, we’re supporting The Brick House as they expand their impact: stocking their food pantry, repairing musical instruments, and investing in staff and programming.
