At Charter Next Generation, our purpose of Enhancing Lives drives our commitment to innovation in sustainability. That’s why we’re proud to support the Council of the Great Lakes Region Boat Wrap Recycling Program, to help keep boat shrink wrap out of landfills, protect the waterways of the Region, and transform discarded boat wrap film into valuable post-consumer resin (PCR) pellets. Since the start of the initiative in 2023, we have: ✅ Diverted approximately 30,000 lbs. of boat wrap film from landfills ✅ Converted discarded boat wrap into PCR Resin pellets ✅ Began evaluating materials for other potential end-uses By repurposing this material and helping local marinas achieve certified clean marina status, we’re driving a circular economy and reinforcing our commitment to a more sustainable future. With our expertise in recyclable and sustainable packaging, we’re working to ensure this recycled material gets a new life.
