Chestertons latest property market forecast reveals price predictions for the next three years for both the London sales and lettings market. Report highlights include: Rents in London to continue to grow by up to 4.7% over 2023, before plateauing in 2024. Property prices in London’s sales market to remain largely flat in 2023 as homeowners adopt a ‘wait-and-see’ approach for the first half of the year. Prime London should outperform the mainstream market for the next 18 months with prices in this segment to rise by up to 6% before slowing in 2024. Mortgage rates to drop in 6-10 months.

The Chestertons team has historically done well at the annual Dragon Race regatta, organised by Grosvenor Real Estate, almost always a podium… so the pressure was on. An astonishing effort, particularly given so many of them had not taken part in the event before.
