What day is it today? It’s Cognyte’s birthday🎂2️⃣! Exactly 2 years ago, we rang the bell at Nasdaq and officially became an independent, stand-alone leader in investigative analytics software. Thank you, Cognyters, customers, partners and investors, for being part of our journey. Here’s to many more years of curiosity!
This is the almost- summary- video of the Accelerating Impact project. Why ‘almost'? Because the entrepreneurs’ journey is just beginning. Get a glimpse of a key social responsibility program for 2022, where Cognyters served as mentors and accompanied 14 ventures and 15 entrepreneurs. They brought the social vision and the idea, we brought the technological and business capabilities. Together we worked to make the idea a reality.

“I knew I wanted to work in programming since I was in high school. I studied Computer science in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and about a year ago I joined Cognyte as a Full Stack Team Leader. I feel very lucky - I get to work at what I love, fulfill myself every day, and I can see myself developing in more positions as well. Personally, I feel I have room to make an impact in this role, and the same goes for my team members. Beyond tasks such as setting up infrastructure and managing the team's professional goals, I enjoy working with the people on my team. Together, we crack every new challenge and that gives me tremendous satisfaction. I’m thankful to them for teaching me so much about our solutions. Working in our field, you must be creative and sharp. But at the same time, it’s also important that you develop ‘soft’ skills such as sensitivity and attentiveness towards your team members. For me it’s important to express new ideas and activate the appropriate tools for employee development, and these are characteristics in the corporate culture at Cognyte”.
The new ChatGPT AI tool is a game-changer. In fact, it’s so amazing that many people believe it won’t be long till it replaces US. As a company that helps customers make better decisions, we already know that machine learning can assist government agencies to make better decisions – but not without people vetting the information. From our perspective, the human touch will always be important to interpret the message or data point, make sure it's valid, and apply responsible suggestions. But don’t take it from us - we’re only humans😊 To double-check the point, we asked ChatGPT for input.
