"My name’s Shir Olivkovich and I’m a senior product manager. The product manager role varies between different companies, domains, and the character of the product persona. The product manager’s work includes balancing priorities of accomplishing features, writing new features, bringing new ideas, helping the different projects, bringing new technologies, implementing customer pain points, sharing knowledge between different departments, participating in technical customer meetings, conducting workshops, pushing the R&D to accomplish more features in every version, participating in R&D planning for in-depth explanations, brainstorming problematic features… basically being the grown-up, responsible figure who makes everything happen on time! Yes - it sounds like a lot - and it is! I love being a product manager because of the enormous influence I have on the product vision, strategy, and solutions we provide to our customers. The product manager’s role is so interesting because of the job versatility- it allows one to expand your horizons without any boundaries. If you can dream it,
Dear Cognyters, customers, partners and friends, May this season be full of light and joy for you and your loved ones. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year💜!

We had the honor of participating in the annual race for the Silent Angels, together with Yaniv, Director of Product at Cognyte – who dedicated his run to Amit, his daughter who has Rett Syndrome. Rett Syndrome is a neurological disorder that mainly affects girls, causing a loss of speech, movement disorders, and more. Girls with Rett Syndrome are fondly referred to as “Silent Angels,” for their expressive, vital eyes. The Silent Angels race puts research to combat Rett Syndrome at the front. This is not the first time Cognyters do good by taking part in a race of this kind, but it's definitely very dear to our hearts.
