What an honour. 💓 Last night Cooper Parry won the award for Best Alumni Branding Campaign at the Global ALUMS Awards hosted by EnterpriseAlumni 🏆 A reminder that CP is breaking the norms of how people think things should be done. Also shortlisted for the awards: Harrods 💚 💛 SWAROVSKI 💎 & Activision Blizzard 🍬 👑 Now I can tell you that all 3 of the above would’ve been more than worthy winners - they are doing some pretty special things in the Alumni space, have some epic branding and are using video content, story telling and gamification beautifully- I have taken so many learnings from them (thank you Raj Basi, Daria Pełeńska, Briana Lebel) We launched our Alumni only a short time ago, the purpose was to reconnect past CP’ers and to create a sense of community. It was important to us that if you are part of the CP Alumni it feels like all the things working for CP felt like. That it was fun, that it was different and that most of all you no longer felt like a ‘past’ CP’er, instead you feel you are #CPForever 💘 This is why the branding and the launch of #CPForever really mattered, why it’s colourful, bright, fun and mirrors our core CP branding. This is why we kicked off with a party and not a stuffy networking event. 🪩 This is why the award for Best alumni branding campaign globally is such a proud moment. I’m thrilled that Cooper Parry has just exchanged on our eighth deal in 16 months. 8️⃣ ⚡️ And this one’s the acquisition of the fast-growing (like 70% YoY quick) London-based tech consultancy Cloud Orca. As soon as we started talking, we knew the fit was spot on. ✅ They are the ‘go-to’ for Salesforce, the CRM global leader, for the likes of Revolut, Chilly’s, Monzo Bank, Unum and Starling Bank. Strategically, they’re the perfect anchor firm for us to launch into the digital and tech space. ⚓️ Culturally, they fit like a glove too. As we target growth to £250m turnover in 12 months, this is a cracking way to take another massive stride forward. ⏭️ It’s wonderful to welcome CEO Edward Rowland, COO Tony Di Carlo and all the talented Cloud Orca team on board. A HAT-TRICK OF AWARDS 🏆 ✨ Last week, we came home from the UK Company Culture Awards with three prizes. The awards “recognise the organisations that nurture their workforce, reward their staff, and create an environment that proves everyone is valued”. And that’s why we’re pleased as punch to say: 🏆 Our 100-80-100 initiative won ‘Best Flexible Working Policy’ 🏆 We won ‘Best HR Team of the Year’ 🏆 And a personal award went to the brilliant Caroline Jones, our HR Director, who was crowned ‘HR Professional of the Year’. New trophies on the mantelpiece are always a cause for celebration. But we’re even happier that the hard work we’re putting into creating an award-winning culture is paying off.
