At Dayshape, alongside the North Star Metric we hold for our product, we have another metric—our DEI North Star: "A place where people can be their true selves at work"
In Autumn 2024, we took an exciting step forward in our journey as a people-first company by undergoing our very first Investors in People (IIP) assessment. The result? We're delighted to share that Dayshape has been awarded a Silver accreditation. This achievement means a lot to us, especially as Bronze is the typical starting point for a first-time assessment.
Come grow (trees) with us!
This World Mental Health Awareness Day meant a time for us at Dayshape to reflect on our ongoing commitment to the emotional wellbeing of our brilliant team. Having recently completed a second round of mental health first aider training, we're proud to now have over 10% of Dayshapers at different levels equipped to listen without judgment, and guide colleagues towards more help when needed. Our goal is that no-one ever feels they have to struggle in silence. Read our latest blog to find out more about all the initiatives that we work on every day to make Dayshape a place where mental health support is not just a conversation, but our peoples’ lived reality.
