Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) is an industry forum to support the participation of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace recently launched at the Houses of Parliament. The organisation, led by Dan Harris (Chief Executive Officer) draws upon the cumulative knowledge of neurodivergent experts and leading companies to share best practice and improve the employment and experience of the neurodiverse workforce. Our UK&I Head of Culture, Wellbeing and DEI, Sally Camm, shares her thoughts on why this is an important step. “Being a Neurodiversity in Business member supports our goals of increasing diversity and inclusion within Experian. To enable us to support all of our people we need to keep learning and understanding about the differences we can all bring which will make us stronger as an organisation. Neurodiversity in Business will support us to continue building the best workplace for neurodivergent people, empowering and supporting them to be at their best.

We celebrated the end of Black History Month with the 'History of Black Britain Timeline' exhibition at our Nottingham and London offices! The exhibition, created by Black Cultural archives is an excellent introduction to the diverse history people of African and West Indian descent in Britain. It was also great to see an in-person panel discussion at our Nottingham office, which helped shine a light on Black British History, why we should celebrate it and how Experian can do more to embrace cultural diversity. A great end to an extremely important month!
