As part of the Republic Day celebration in India, Flex India (CIP) donated used desktops to St. Joseph’s Primary School to provide them with technological access so they can have the space to thrive and explore their potential. The World Economic Forum has designated Flex Sorocaba a Sustainability Lighthouse in Brazil for their development of a holistic circular economy ecosystem that leverages Industry 4.0 technologies. Seen here, Paul Baldassari, EVP worldwide operations, accepts two honors for Flex Sorocaba: being named a Global Lighthouse Network in October of last year and the new distinction of a Sustainability Lighthouse. "It is an incredible achievement to have our Sorocaba site named as Flex’s first Sustainability Lighthouse factory – as well as the first of its kind in Brazil,” said Hooi Tan, President, Global Operations and Supply Chain, Flex.
