Today is World Mental Health Day, the international day to raise awareness of mental health issues and to support people facing them. Our Wellbeing Remit has organised some activities to complement the day: Nick Elston will be giving a talk today at 12.30pm on his experiences with anxiety and OCD. His focus will be on what anxiety does and some of the ways we can all deal with what life throws at us. Nick’s content is for everyone, whether you have experienced anxiety and poor mental health or just want to learn more and understand better.
