📍 We’ve moved! We’re excited to share that our Newcastle team has officially moved offices 🎉 We’ve said goodbye to Media Exchange in Ouseburn and are now based at Spire Platinum Suites, right in the heart of Newcastle city centre. 📍 Our new address: 2nd Floor, Spire Platinum Suites Pilgrim Street Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 2DS The move gives the team a more central, modern space with improved facilities and easier access for meetings, travel and collaboration - a really positive step forward for both the team and the business. And as a bonus, the views don’t disappoint, with sights of the Tyne Bridge, the Sage, All Saints Church and the Quayside. We're excited for this next chapter and can't wait to welcome colleagues and clients to this new space!

Our Head of Learning & Culture, Louise Woolfenden FCIPD, FLPI was back at Wallacespace this week to kick off phase two our new Talent Accelerator programmes - Next Gen. A big thank you to our partners at Ivy House London - Zelah Senior and Marcus Stone - for an excellent start. Our group of 14 talented colleagues built on their psychometric insights with an in depth session on self leadership, marking the beginning of an 18-month journey designed to equip participants to manage teams and lead authentically, wherever their careers take them. We’re also connecting the dots across our Talent Accelerator programmes: each Next Gen participant will be paired with a mentor from our more experienced Future Leaders cohort, providing both groups with the opportunity to strengthen networks and build a single community of high potential future leaders across the business. We’re proud to back your development and invest in your careers, and we look forward to seeing another round of superstars progress through our business.
