The Women’s Interest Network (WIN) at Intapp was established as a means of growing, supporting, and investing in our global community of women. From discussing women’s experiences in the workplace to developing new ways to promote inclusion and mentor new leaders, Intapp is dedicated to building a culture where all women can thrive. As WIN’s Executive Sponsors, Jennifer Richard, Vice President of Client Operations, and Lavinia Calvert, Vice President and Legal Industry Principal, are both passionate about providing a supportive network for women within our company. When a former co-worker reached out to Jaqualia Jones to tell her about a job opening at Intapp, Jones was intrigued. “Laura Fallone [Senior Director of Client Experience at Intapp] talked to me about joining the Client Success team,” Jones explained. “I told her that I wanted to work at a place where I could truly believe in the product, the company, and the vision. For me, company culture really matters.” The interview process only cemented her hunch that Intapp would be a great next step for her career. “Everyone I spoke with was really engaged,” said Jones. As she met with her future colleagues, she noted that they were all closely aligned in their goals, which really made an impression on her. “It was an actual sense of culture and not just checking a box,” said Jones. Since joining Intapp in 2004, Thomas Hadig has been core to the organization’s innovation and growth. Hired as a Senior Systems Engineer, he quickly moved up the ranks to become Director of Information Systems and, ultimately, Company Security Officer. This spring, he’s retiring after more than 18 years at the company. In this post, Hadig reflects on Intapp’s early days, including how and why the company decided to move its software solutions to the cloud, its first user conference, the best part about the company culture (hint: it’s the people), and much more.

Inside Intapp Spotlight: Meet Grace Williams, Client Success Manager at DealCloud During her summer internship here at Intapp in 2021, Grace Williams worked with the Client Success team to learn new skills, collaborate on visible projects, and further her career development. Inside Intapp Spotlight: Meet Donya Grissett, Implementation Analyst Having already served in both client services roles and implementation roles within the health care sector, Donya Grissett decided to search for a new implementation job — one that offered more hands-on technical work. When Intapp announced it was hiring for the role of Implementation Analyst for the DealCloud platform, Grissett knew this was just the opportunity she had been looking for. “I’d never worked within the private capital markets before, so it seemed like a fun way to branch out and do something out of my comfort zone,” Grissett explained. “I like that this job lets me work with variety of clients.
