Increased Mental Health Benefits at Intapp: We are happy to share that we have expanded our perks to include more mental health benefits, giving our employees access to sessions with expert coaches or therapists, unlimited texting with coaches, scientifically-validated practices in online courses, mental well-being assessments, and a meditation library. We want to support our employees through these resources in areas of stress & anxiety, mindfulness & meditation, financial well-being, healthy lifestyles, inclusion & belonging, relationships, and work performance.
New Parental Leave Policy: At Intapp, we recognize that the arrival of a child is an important part of an employee’s life and we want to make it easier for our employees to welcome a new child without having to worry about finances. Our Parental Leave Program was established to allow our employees to care for and celebrate their new family members and to enable our employees to take time off when their new family members arrive. This program is in effect for for births, adoptions or placements of foster children. Intapp will supplement state, federal and country leave programs so eligible employees will be paid full salary during the parental leave for up to 16 weeks for primary (birth parent) or 8 weeks for secondary (non-birth parent).
