We celebrated Learning at Work Week 📚 Our Learning & Development team shared with us the importance of learning and trying something new! From this they referred LinkedIn learning courses, Ted Talks & articles on a variety of topics such as Reach your Potential, Growth Mindset, Preparing Yourself for Change. We also had a session on #iamremarkable which educates and promotes people to be vocal about their achievements ⭐️ The development & growth of our employees, both in a professional and personal sense is important to us!

Our I.D.E.A (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Awareness) Forum represents LiveScore Group's commitment to diversity and inclusion, which we recognise as critical to our business and fundamental to everything we do. We are proud of our accomplishments in 2021, these include: Mental Health Support - We've made an active effort to emphasise our commitment to our employees mental health and ensuring everyone have access to effective mental health support. Policy Makeover - Key policies have been revamped with our employees in mind, these include Stress Management, Pregnancy Loss, Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing and Menopause Policy. Company Training - We organised a number of workshops. Inclusive Leadership Workshops with our Senior Leadership Team , Inclusive Hiring Workshop with our high recruiting People Managers, Management Workshops for our global People Managers which launched our e-Learning module, Diversity and Inclusion Foundations. Inclusion Week - We participated in Inclusion Week to celebrate inclusion in all its forms!
Anti-Bullying Week As the theme for this years Anti-Bullying Week was 'One Kind Word' - the team in our Gibraltar office ended their week with an appreciation board, noting down all the positive qualities of their colleagues.
