For the next two weeks we have the pleasure of hosting Arnold Johnson a student at the UTC Swindon for his work experience. Arnold has had the opportunity to work with our three Junior CAD technicians (and ex UTC students) who started apprenticeships with us back last year and has spent his first week working in the CAD team preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD. Next week he will join the M&E team and will be asked to draw up CAD plans of a building he is familiar with, his own home. These are to include as many of the M&E services as possible. ( I think that may keep him busy!) We asked Arnold how his first week at Method had gone. ‘Getting work experience with Method Consulting itself made me very happy as I could learn more about mechanical engineering which is an area I am really interested in. Work experience has been amazing as I have got to work on real projects which has made me feel more responsible.
