At Morgan, our people across the globe have access to key online learning tools Percipio and goFLUENT; and we've received really positive feedback on their learning experiences. With Percipio we have managed to create a learning journey to onboard Morgan people to the modern workplace Yvonne, our Change and Comms Project Manager commented ‘As a Change and Communication Manager, I was very happy to discover the Percipio platform at Morgan when I joined the company four months ago. At Morgan giving back is an important part of our culture. Morgan has been supporting Myton Hospice and has donated an amazing £85,000 since we started in 2004! This year our site in Rugby decided to give a donation to thank each person who completed their ‘Your Voice Survey’. With 70 submissions, the site were pleased to make a £142 donation to this local community charity. What a wonderful cause and thank you to our great people!
