The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) aim to overcome global challenges such as inequality and climate change, and present the opportunity to put the world on a more sustainable path. That is an ethos which we fully support. We support nine UNSDGs, which are aligned to our purpose and ambitions for creating a more sustainable world.

As our 12 days of Morgan reflection comes to an end, we want to say how proud we are of our Morgan family this 2022. Together we are building a more sustainable business and through our products improving the quality of life.
Investing in the development of our people enables us to invest in our future. In 2022 we continued our online learning focus, with our Percipio online learning system being used by almost 2,000 of our people across the world.
Our quality and advanced materials science are essential to delivering the technologies the world needs. In collaboration with our customers, we produce critical components for the demanding manufacturing environment of semiconductor processing. Semiconductors are increasingly powering the desire for greater connectivity; helping to improve the quality of life. . One of our top innovation highlights of 2022 is working as part of UK Research and Innovation’s Faraday battery challenge. As part of the research partnership, led by Lucideon and alongside project partners KWSP and Loughborough University, together we are working to assess two complementary technologies to manufacture components for solid-state batteries.
