The NMI culture has always been one of our greatest strengths. Earlier this year, we brought together our team to share what makes NMI special. This film captures the essence of who we are, what we love about working at NMI, and why our values of wellbeing, mentorship, and community continue to shape everything we do - across every region, team, and time zone. At NMI, we’re more than just a payments platform. We’re a remote-first, people-centered company. We strive to create an environment where our team members can grow, thrive, and know that they truly belong. Curious about what it’s like to work with us? We've just hosted our most prestigious annual company awards, The Nemmys! Unlike many other companies, our awards are peer to peer, making them incredibly meaningful to our lucky winners. As our CEO Vijay Sondhi shared when introducing the event: "The Nemmys are about gratitude and appreciation of our team at NMI, voted for by everyone who works for NMI. We consider them very special indeed!" With teams from across the globe tuning in, we celebrated our wins, personal and professional milestones and, most importantly, the amazing people who make NMI so great! To our award winners, of which there were many (!), HUGE congratulations!!! Thank you for your incredible contributions. And as for our compères.... Robert Fox who won 'that' award, we hope he'll remember to unmute during calls from now on! Perhaps our other compère, Alyssa Tape, can help you think out of the box on that one! 😆 This event is a chance to reflect on all the fantastic things we've accomplished together this year.. none of which would have been possible without our people. To all our NMIers, your hard work in 2024 has truly been out of this world! A massive thank you to each and every one of you for your stellar contributions. Special thanks to Vijay, Alyssa and Rob for hosting the event and congratulations on your awards! Here’s to an even more amazing 2025! **Note to editors: A slacker is not a lazy person, but someone who is always on slack helping answer everyone else's questions!
