NMI Expands Its Global Operations With Opening of South Africa Office This move will enhance NMI’s partner experience by providing faster, more efficient support, and it introduces a premium support offering designed to meet the growing needs of NMI’s global customer base. The new location adds to NMI’s footprint in the USA, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. The new South Africa location marks a significant milestone in NMI's global growth strategy, by delivering specialized support services to independent sales organizations, payment professionals and independent software vendor partners worldwide. The expansion includes a dedicated team of support analysts based in Cape Town, who along with partner success managers will be available 24/7 for partners who choose premium-level support.
Our annual NMI Sales Kick-Off is a wrap! 🥂 As a remote-first company, our SKO event is always a fantastic opportunity to meet people face-to-face, set new goals, learn about upcoming company initiatives and plan for the future. Our theme this year was "Mission Growth," where we explored how our three core offerings (modularity, flexibility and choice) enable our partners to grow and thrive. We heard from leaders across the organization and participated in a variety of team-building activities. We even had attendees from the neighboring sales kick-off (that was happening right next-door) tell us they wished they could be at our event, since it sounded like our team was having such a good time! We have some incredible things in store for 2024, and we can't wait to see what the year brings. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible! We are pleased to announce that we have acquired the Commercial Division of cloud-based software company SphereCommerce, LLC! This acquisition will strengthen our underwriting and risk management capabilities and allow NMI partners, including independent software vendors, independent sales organizations and fintech innovators, to create merchant accounts for their customers within the existing NMI platform and to monetize more of the payments value chain. “The addition of Sphere’s Commercial Division allows us to add yet another module to our stack of payment enablement tools, providing our partners with the modularity and choice to better customize payment experiences for their merchants. These added capabilities of underwriting, risk management and merchant account creation are a game changer, not only for our partners but also for their merchants in the race to provide the most convenient, frictionless experience for end consumers," Vijay Sondhi, NMI CEO. May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚 Here at NMI we are hosting a number of virtual workshops and activities within our offices hubs. 🐶 The Pets of NMI, Show & Tell - A fun 30 minutes of sharing and talking about our loving pets! An open space to enjoy seeing pets on camera and talking about our furry friends! 🎨 Creative stations set up in our offices - Our NMIers can take a quiet few minutes to tap into their artistic side or explore their creativity at the Lego station. 🧠 Virtual Workshops - Focused on Building Resilience, Managing Fear & Anxiety and Men’s Mental Health. 🏃♀️ Bristol office walk/run/cycle - We spent an hour outside getting some fresh air by means of walking, running or cycling!
