📸 Meet Heidi On May 8th, 2023, she delivered her first project as a project manager: a society-critical case-management system for the Danish Road Directorate. As a team lead, Heidi already felt like a project manager. Taking on her new role, however, she discovered a whole new dimension. Long-term goals replaced local, technical details, the landscape turned more complex and political, and Heidi had to constantly monitor behavioural shifts in her team to ensure their well-being.

Andreas, Manager, Denmark, shares insight into the world of developers in suits and joggling priorities. The most important lesson Andreas learned in his first year working at Netcompany was that “You have to be able to walk the talk”. Inspired by 90’s and 00’s consultants i.e., his IT heroes, whose theories underpin Netcompany’s method of building software, Andreas embarked on his Netcompany journey. He did this while balancing his personal priorities and navigating the unfamiliar territory of client contact – something he now masters.
