Netcompany publishes Interim report for the 12 months ended 31 December, Annual Report 2021 and ESG Report 2021 Netcompany grew revenue by 27% and realised 21.8% margin in 2021 – in line with expectations. In Q4 2021, Netcompany grew revenue in constant currencies to DKK 1,140.8m – equal to 47.6% growth compared to Q4 2020. In reported currencies, revenue grew by 49.1%. Of the total revenue growth, 37 percentage points was non-organic related to the acquisition of Intrasoft International S.A. In terms of ESG reporting, Netcompany reached all Environmental target as well as several target within the Social and Governance parts of reporting, including gender distribution targets (overall, management level and Board of Directors).
Vidar, Managing Architect Norway, went from programming an Amstrad CPC 464 with cassette player and 64KB RAM at just 10 years old to being responsible for technical architecture of Netcompany projects. As a managing architect he gets to participate in a wide range of tasks, providing him with versatile competency development. Among these tasks, he gets to mentor four other consultants, helping them navigate Netcompany career choices and professional development. It is December, and we were delighted to see more than 350 Netcompany employees and their families gathered for our annual Christmas get together, after a two-year break. The highly anticipated event was held at the beautiful and historic Ledreborg Castle that offered the perfect surroundings for the many child-friendly Christmas activities. Children could ride horse-drawn carriages and ponies, attend Christmas workshops, bring home the family Christmas tree and have loads of Christmas treats. The day peaked with a visit from Santa, who handed out presents to all the children. We are happy to have once more been able to celebrate a joyous occasion alongside our colleagues, spread some Christmas spirit and get to meet each other’s families in amazing surroundings.

Netcompany is excited to welcome Intrasoft as an integral part of the Netcompany group, and as an important contributor to the continued future development of the Netcompany group into becoming the leader in Europe. The acquisition of Intrasoft provides a strong foothold for the digitalisation to take place in Europe in the next 5-10 years.
