Cogo and NewDay expand partnership to add carbon footprint insights to Aqua credit card. Aqua customers can track the carbon footprint of their Aqua card purchases through the Aqua app. Developed in partnership with Cogo, the feature provides an estimate of how a customer's purchases impacts their individual carbon footprint, based on the carbon-intensity of the particular retailer or the broader operations of the relevant industry.

All this week our focus is on raising awareness about 'vulnerability' with our colleagues. We work across a number of different organisations to make sure our customers have the necessary support but also so that our colleagues can spot the signs of vulnerability and offer even more help to those customers who need it. We're working with the following organisations to support us this week: Christians against Poverty, Cowry Consulting, Experian, Money Wellness, PayPlan, STAMMA, StepChange Debt Charity and Legal and General.
Attending and speaking at a joint Meta and LivePerson event, Jess Smith and Sarah Madden presented the NewDay chatbot journey and took away three key things: 🧬 Evolution of our Chat offering is increasingly important.
