The acquisition follows a record period of growth for One Beyond and coincides with our recent rebrand, which saw us move away from the ‘DCSL’ name that had been in place since our inception in 1994. One Beyond’s new identity represents the company as one inclusive brand, supporting the business as a platform for growth and further acquisition. Founded in 2012, JayStack is one of the top-rated software development companies in Hungary and has grown to a team of nearly 100 engineers delivering business critical software systems and cloud infrastructure for a wide range of blue-chip clients in the UK and Europe. JayStack was already a key partner to One Beyond and that existing relationship has allowed both companies to merge cultures and business processes to ensure a seamless integration process.

We are thrilled to announce that DCSL Software has acquired GuideSmiths Limited in a deal that cements the group’s position as the UK’s leading software development and digital transformation company. We will be rebranding as ‘DCSL GuideSmiths’, with a team of more than 250 across six locations in the UK and Europe. Our head office remains in Farnborough, Hampshire and we are excited to be expanding our talent pool both in the UK and globally, with offices in London, Manchester, Madrid and Bucharest. We are delighted to announce that we are officially an accredited Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider! We can fully support our clients in their cloud journey, including consulting, architecting and setting up technical environments, monitoring and maintaining those environments, and handling billing and support on our clients’ behalf. In addition, we can migrate existing web and mobile apps into the Microsoft Azure public cloud, where they had previously resided in an on-premise environment or in another public cloud. This is in addition to our Microsoft Gold Partner for Application Development status, which we are proud to have achieved and maintained since 2016.
