Say hello to OpenPayd’s network for developing skills and supporting personal growth. Run by women, for women.
Diversity comes in many different forms and shapes but today we’re talking real-life superheroes: working parents!
This newly launched initiative reinforces our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace and aligns closely with our company values. As a supportive network, WOOP will be a safe space to share some of the key issues, challenges and opportunities facing our teams today. Hence, the mission of WOOP is to provide a nurturing environment where every woman is empowered to develop new skills, build self-confidence, plan a career path and learn to manage difficult situations 💫 In our first WOOP session, we heard from women across all OpenPayd teams and talked about things that have helped them most in their career to date. We’re excited to see how this initiative can support the Women of OpenPayd in their career journeys! 🙌

Climbing the ladder 🪜 Future opportunities are a pretty important part of the decision to take a new job. That's why we're proud to say we promoted 18 of our people last year!
