Customer Service Representative
Does anyone here work for Fidelity? I saw that there are a bunch of customer service positions open and I don't know if it's somewhere that would fairly easy for someone with just 1 year of experience. I need to change where I'm at, but not sure how big of a company is really gonna hire me when I'm so new to things.

ProsI have enjoyed it a lot. Great company culture. Everyone is helpful and nice and outside of specific work tasks there are no levels of hierarchy. Everyone is the same. Flexibility to work from home
ConsOne cons would be the distance from where I live.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OpenPayd (London, England)
InterviewThe interview was arranged over 3 stages; 2 virtual and 1 in person, I met different members of the team each time and on the second stage I completed a job specific task, in the format of a presentation
