In today’s fast-paced job market, employees are looking for more than just a paycheck; they want career growth, skill development, and new opportunities. At Probe Group, we believe in investing in our people, which is why we prioritise internal mobility—the ability to move within the company across different roles, departments, or locations. For job seekers considering a career with us, internal mobility offers several key benefits
In January 2025, Probe CX joined forces with our people at Probe Group and Westside Community Care (WCC) to support local students in their back-to-school preparations in Springfield, QLD. As part of this effort, Probe Group team members volunteered their time during a special shopping night at Big W Orion, purchasing essential stationery supplies alongside other organisations. Probe Group also contributed significantly by donating approximately $1,000 worth of 100% recycled photocopy paper, totaling 20 boxes. The following day, the Camira Springfield Community Centre was transformed into a pop-up stationery store, where over 350 locals received much-needed school supplies. The rapid uptake of the donated paper highlights the critical need and the direct impact of the team's efforts.
