Celebrating South Asian Heritage Month! On July 28th, senior leaders at our London office came together for a vibrant lunch, featuring an amazing feast that truly brought the team together.
Although we may of had a gloomy day in the UK yesterday, at our Kidderminster site we had a glorious Recruitment and Assessment day, involving our Site Manager, Site Supervisors, Recruitment Team and IT all supporting in ensuring this went smoothly not only for ourselves, but for the candidates also. We were fortunate enough to meet almost 20 new candidates and were able to make offers and completely fill a new contract on site filling 12 roles in 1 day. Great news and an excellent outlook for our future together.

Fresh Talent, Real Talk: Apprentice Scheme Feedback Apprenticeship Success Story! 🚀 Joining Restore as an apprentice has been a smooth and exciting journey. From day one, Seetec guided me through enrolment and offered support every step of the way. Once enrolled, I used a learning dashboard to complete initial assessments in Maths, English, and cognitive skills 🧠 — a great way to spot where I might need extra help. My tutor, Jo, has been amazing, and the dashboard makes it easy to track my progress. I’m excited to see what I achieve through the programme! Being part of Nicola’s team has been a fantastic experience. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, both face-to-face and over Teams 💬. I’ve also had regular one-to-one training sessions, covering different parts of the role, which has really helped me settle in. The relaxed and supportive environment makes me feel valued and motivated. To anyone thinking about an apprenticeship at Restore — I highly recommend it! I’ve had a brilliant start and look forward to building a long career with the Restore family. 🧡
