Sensata is committed to encouraging and supporting a culture of diversity and inclusion and we recognize that, as we continue to expand our global footprint, diversity in all ways is essential to our success. This week we are hosting #STDiversityWeek to discuss how and why we will continue to drive change in our approach to diversity and inclusion. Our exciting lineup of events includes speakers based internationally at our locations in Mexico, The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, China and Bulgaria.
Where possible we are welcoming back our employees to our sites with special #BackToBetterST events including a Red Sox event, office plant day and food truck event.

Over the past few weeks we have been listening, learning and working on an actionable plan to combat racism within our own walls and within our communities. Sensata as a company actively and avidly condemns racism in all its manifestations. We are proud to join other members of the MA tech community in signing the Tech Compact for Social Justice. Our industry must reflect the diverse people we serve, and #WeCommit to actions to make that goal a reality. #InclusiveTech
Today on the World Day for Safety and Health, Sensata continues to do everything it can to keep not only its employees safe but also provide for essential workers. Sensata employees have begun 3D printing Prusa N95 protective face shields at our Bloomington and Attleboro sites and, as a company, Sensata is proudly supporting STEMbassadors by providing funding for STEM materials, including 3D printers that are now busy printing masks. #SafeDay2020
