We aim to make a difference and work to support our residents and communities. Kemsley Wellbeing Hub, in Sittingbourne, Kent, provides one-to-one employment support for our residents - from writing a CV to preparing for an interview, and developing new skills. It's one of only ten pilot hubs in the UK and we were delighted to welcome along Kevin McKenna, MP for Sittingbourne and Sheppey, to have a look around. Kevin met Southern Housing resident Caitlin and heard how the hub transformed her family's life. Her father Paul found full-time employment after receiving CV and interview support, inspiring Caitlin to access the same service. She's now working towards her Level 3 childcare qualification.
