Our Head of Telemarketing is starting courses for any Team Leaders and/ or Managers in the business. She will conduct effective 1-to-1s on how to handle difficult conversations, how to establish a productive culture and more. These sessions will be held via Teams, outside of working hours, and are fully voluntary to attend. Our people can attend as many or as few as they want to. For people who are aspiring to be a Team Leader one day, this is some of the great support you can look forward to while working at Takepayments!

Its nearly the end of January, how are your New Years Resolutions going? Did you know that Takepayments Employees get a free of charge, HIIT 2 sessions a week at 6:45am on a Tuesday and a Thursday! Here is a testimonial from one of our team. "I jumped at the chance to do HIIT training with JG. He’s a great trainer and is fantastic at pushing you to improve yourself. It’s a very relaxed approach to training. I do 2 sessions a week at 6:45am on a Tuesday and a Thursday. The sessions are only short but they set you up so well for the day. I trained this morning and my muscles are beginning to ache. It works! I will definitely continue with this training. I find my concentration and focus are dramatically improved on the days I train."
