Research: Explore the company website to get an idea of their values and how they do business. Review the job description so you can show the interviewer that you’re the best fit for this position. During your research, make note of any questions you have. 2. Ask yourself: “What makes me a great candidate?” or “What sets me apart from other candidates?” 3. Talk with your friends and family: Do a practice interview with someone you trust and ask them to share their honest feedback.
