As 2020 came to an end, we were thrilled that the festive period was a successful one for Yodel. We performed better than any previous Christmas period and saw record volumes through our network.

Say hi to Sofie Avington, who worked in our Liverpool Head Office. Sofie recently supported our Ipswich depot with the recruitment of over 30 Couriers, holding 50 interviews and all in the space of 3 weeks. Due to this, the team in Ipswich were able to focus their efforts to get ready for the busy Christmas period.
Members of our Executive team were visiting our depots this past week, to show their appreciation to our colleagues, as we have received some great customer feedback throughout this year. We had a record customer satisfaction score during the first lockdown, and a huge increase on the number of positive customer comments received, about their delivery.
