We’re pleased to announce that we have completed our recapitalisation transaction, strengthening our balance sheet and extending the Group’s debt maturities, providing us with a stable and sustainable financial position to execute our strategy. 📈 The recapitalisation includes an equity contribution of c.£100 million from our majority shareholder, Bridgepoint Group. Richard Jones, Zenith CEO, said: “We have an ambitious strategy for growth centred on being the UK’s most customer-focussed fleet partner and this recapitalisation increases the Group’s financial flexibility to support delivery of our long-term strategic objectives. 🧠

Since 2021 we've embarked on a mission to create a culture powered by people impact and change. Our colleagues have acheived a lot since then, and we've come a long way together to create a better future for all. As we look forward to the year ahead, we're proud to say that since 2021: 👨🏿🦲 Representation of under-represented ethnic groups has increased at group level for the second consecutive year to 12%. ✔️ +3% YoY of under-represented ethnic groups in Heads of and Director populations. ♀️ 38% female representation in Heads of population. 🏳️🌈 We're proud to represent LGBTQIA+ across all areas of Zenith. This year was the first since the launch of our inclusion mission that we achieved representation that mirrors or exceeds the UK LGTBQIA+ population, in every single division of the business. ⭐ We continue to provide more opportunities for those aged under-24 for the third year running. Greater diversity at Zenith means better ideas, a more inclusive culture, and improved business performance. The Zenith team were celebrating, after picking up two awards at the prestigious Yorkshire Post Excellence in Business Awards! 🏆 🏆 We were named Large Business of the Year for the second time in three years - a testament to the hard work of all Zenith colleagues, and truly highlights our achievements over the last 12 months. And our CEO Tim Buchan was surprised with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Judges credited Tim for overseeing our vast growth, in which he took the company from 172 colleagues when he became CEO in 2010, to a headcount of more than 1,400 today – becoming one of Yorkshire’s largest companies as a result. Congratulations Tim!
