🕰️ A year ago, we locked away our team’s New Year’s resolutions… This week, we finally opened them up to see how 2025 unfolded 📝✨ For those happy to share, we reflected together; what the goal was, whether it changed along the way, if it’s still relevant today, and was it was smashed out of the park 💪 New Year’s resolutions can get a bad rap when they’re set unintentionally, fuelled by pressure, or without a realistic end goal. How do you spend your lunch break? We’re lucky enough to call Bournemouth our HQ home, which means come rain or shine we can head down to the beach during lunch and breathe in that fresh sea air. Just a stone’s throw from our Zest offices are the famous Bournemouth clifftops, with an easy walking path leading down to one of Dorset’s award-winning beaches, Durley Chine. Aren’t we spoilt? For us, it’s the mindfulness and boost of energy that a quick trip to the sand gives us - leaving us ready to tackle the afternoon. And of course, no walk is complete without one of our Zest water bottles to keep us hydrated. Wherever your day takes you, and wherever you’re based, we recommend heading outside when you can, preferably with some pals, even just for a quick walk to make the most of the daylight hours. Every month, we celebrate our team’s work anniversaries - or as we like to call them, their Zestiversaries! 🎉 Each year, our staff receive a token gift and a fun in-house-designed card, filled with wonderful messages from their peers. They also enjoy one extra day added to their holiday allowance each year. With a maximum of five additional days to collect over their tenure - our teams benefit from that extra long summer break or well-deserved Christmas rest. Last Friday, we celebrated Halloween here at Zest with a Murder Mystery Party! 🕵️♀️👻 Participants were assigned characters, given secrets to protect, and together, we had to work out who amongst us was capable of MURDER. It was a great evening had by all to embrace spooky season, topped up with the most delicious treats from one of our favourite local restaurants, Chicken & Blues! Hope you all enjoyed Halloween as much as we did, here's to the next social event on the Zest calendar - dare we say, Christmas?!
